包装废弃物回收利用工艺研究

摘  要：本文论述了包装废弃物中塑料废弃物的危害，并详细介绍了目前广泛使用的PET饮料瓶的回收工艺和发泡聚苯乙烯塑料EPS（全世界最大量的缓冲衬垫材料）的回收工艺，从各个工艺中选择最佳的最适合目前现状的回收工艺方案。
 本文进一步选择了EPS的溶剂法回收工艺进行实验研究。采用溶剂法有效回收了EPS废弃塑料，工艺简单，不产生二次污染，全部过程只需简单的加热，节省能源。在溶解过程中，采用采用二氯甲烷和甲苯的混合溶剂，在室温下对EPS塑料进行溶解，然后对溶解液采用沉淀法和脱溶法两种工艺分离得到聚苯乙烯产品，通过实验获取了各步过程的优化工艺参数。

Abstract：This paper describes the danger of plastics, and details the current widely-used recycling technology research of PET drink bottle and the recovery process of expanded polystyrene plastic EPS (the world's large number of the buffer liner materials), from various processes , we  choose he most suitable program of recovery process  among the present situations .
 In this paper, we choose a further study to the solvent recovery process in EPS . Solvent recovery process effectively uses of recoverying waste EPS plastic, simple process  without secondary pollution, the whole process simple heating, energy saving. In the dissolution process, I think methylene chloride and toluene make into a mixture of solvents, it can dissolve EPS at definite temperature, and then dissolved fluid use of precipitation and melting way isolate two types of technology getting polystyrene products, and it can  obtain the optimal process parameters through experiments of the step-by-step process.
