民主党派侨眷的发展经历和社会贡献研究——以致公党玉林市委会原主委梁书为个案
                              摘要
 自新中国成立以来，在不同历史时期的侨务政策下，我国的归侨、侨眷有着不同的社会遭遇与贡献。本文以致公党玉林市委会梁书为个案，通过对其在不同历史时期下的发展经历和社会贡献研究，描点出我国自新中国成立以来侨务政策的演变轨迹，探讨出在新时期、新侨务政策下，充分发挥民主党派中的“侨”“海”资源优势，引进侨资，促进社会经济发展的作用。

 Abstract
     The new historical period since new China was founded, in a different policy toward overseas chinese affairs, the returned overseas Chinese made different social experiences and contribution.Take the chrsonairpe of China zhi gong dang yulin city committee Liang shu as a case in the text.Through his different historical period of development and social services to do some research.Describe some of our own policy on overseas Chinese affairs since new China was founded .To explore the new period, the new policy toward overseas Chinese affairs ,giving full scope to democratic parties of the resources advantages,Introducing enterprises with overseas Chinese investment, and promoting the development of social and economic .
