摘 要
 
 本系统主要实现以下功能：房产管理，管理所有的房产信息、对房产数据进行添加、修改、删除等操作。此外，方便的查询功能可以使客户迅速地找到自己所需的房产信息；客户管理，拥有完善的客户管理功能，才能更加迅速地了解客户的需求动态。客户管理功能要实现对客户各种数据的管理，包括客户和购买动向等。收费管理，对于各种复杂的物业收费，完善的收费管理功能将使得收费管理更加便捷准确。售楼管理，系统的核心，实现对楼盘销售的数据、合同签订情况、客户付费等情况的管理。
 本系统以中文版Visual Basic 6.0为前台开发工具，用中文版Access 2000作为后台数据库。Visual Basic 6.0，它是由美国微软公司推出的小型数据库开发语言，由于其使用方便，硬件要求不高，易学等特点，它还提供强有力的应用程序开发工具，为将来的维护提供必要的基础。系统的操作对人员的素质的要求不高，只需对他们稍加培训便能胜任。

ABSTRACT

 The system mainly realizes the following functions: property management, property management of all information, data on the property to add, modify, delete. In addition, easy inquiry makes customers quickly find the necessary property information; Customer Management, excellent customer management functions, can be more rapid understanding of customer demand dynamic. Customer management functions complete customer data management, including customer and the purchase of such trends. Management fees for the complex property charges will enable management fees more efficient and accurate. Sale management, the core of the system, achieves total sales of data, signing of the contract, such as paying customers of the management.
 The system uses Chinese version of Visual Basic 6.0 as development tools, Chinese version of Access 2000 database as background. Visual Basic 6.0, which is launched by the United States Small Microsoft database development language, Because of its convenience, hardware, features easy to learn, it provides a powerful application development tools, and provides the necessary infrastructure to safeguard the future. Operation of the system does not require the high quality of the man, they only need a little training to become competent
