基于MyEclipseweb科研成果管理系统

摘要

 本系统是基于MyEclipseweb、Access 2003开发而成的具有B/S结构的web科研成果管理软件。它允许用户以注册用户（即申报员）和管理员（即审核员）两种身份登录。注册用户登录后，可以选择成果申报、查询成果申报、修改个人信息、课题申报、查询课题申报等功能；管理员登录后，可以对未入库课题及成果进行审核、可以查询已入库课题、成果以及添加、删除用户信息！系统最大的特点是使用简单、灵活、实用、方便，是有关部门管理的得力助手。最重要的是，它可以直观反映研究所工作人员的工作状况，为领导的决策提供较科学的依据！

ABSTRACT

 The system is based on the MyEclipse. Access 2003 developing with the structure of the web B/S scientific management software. It allows users to login through registered users (members declaration) and the manager (audit staff). While registered users log in, they can choose to declare the results, inquiries the result declarations, revision of the personal information, declare the task, inquiries the task declarations ,and so on;And while Manager Login, they can audit the task and the results which are in or not in the storerooms,and inquiries the task and the results which have been in the storerooms。They can also add, delete the user's information. The biggest feature is that its use of simple, flexible, practical, convenient and departmental management's right. The most important thing is that it can directly reflect the Institute's staff working conditions, leading to the decision-making more scientific basis.
