掺混PLC控制系统

摘 要： 本次设计介绍了FX2N PLC机的性能及特点，及以其为核心的一种低成本、高精度、微型化、数字显示的掺混控制系统。可编程序控制器（Programmable controller）简称PLC，是近年来一种极为迅速，应用极为广泛的工业控制装置。它是一种专为工业环境应用而设计的数字运行的电子系统，它采用可编程程序的存储器，用来存储用户指令，通过数字或模拟的输入/输出完成确定的逻辑顺序、定时、记数、运算和一些确定的功能来控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。
    由于PLC的性能优越，兼具计算机的功能完备，灵活性强，通用性好和继电接触器控制简单易懂，维修方便等双重优点，形成以微电脑为核心的电子控制设备。可编程序控制器技术在世界上己广泛应用，成为自动化系统中的基本电控装置PLC在现代工业生产和实际生活中有着广泛的应用，由于可编程控制器（PLC）具有编程软件采自易学易懂的梯形图语言、控制灵活方便、抗干扰能力强、运行稳定可靠等特点，现在的工业自动化生产控制多采用可编程控制器来实现。本设计分析了FX系列PL和CM68HC11单片机串行通信接口的工作特性,介绍了FX系列PLC的通信协议及其与单片机通讯的设计方法,该技术已经成功应用于掺混控制系统中,实际应用表明该设计结构简单,成本低,可靠性高, 具有很好的推广价值。

Agitates PLC control system

Abstract : This design has introduced performance and characteristic of the FX2N PLC machine, and a kind of low cost , high accuracy , microminiaturization , digital display taking it as the core one agitates the control system. Can programme controller (Programmable controller ) abbreviate as PLC is one rapidly , it uses to be extremely extensive industry control device extremely in recent years. It is a kind of electronic system using the figure designed for the industrial environment to operate specially, it adopts the memory that can programme the procedure , used for storing user's order, figure or introductions of simulation /output not finishing order not logic not confirmed, timing , counting, operation and some functions confirmed control all kinds of machinery or production process.
Because the performance of PLC is superior , have concurrently function of computer complete , strong flexibility have , fine continuing electric contactor controlled and easily understood commonability have, maintain the double exte advantage such as being convenient, form the electron taking microcomputer as the core and control the equipment. there is extensive application in modern industrial production and actual life to become the basic automatically controlled device PLC in the automated system, because of the programmable controller (PLC), control flexible help , Have originally designed and analysed FX series PL and performance characteristics of CM68HC11 one-chip computer's serial communication interface, have introduced the communication protocol of FX series PLC and and one-chip computer news report design method, this technology has already been succeeded in applying to agitate the control system, practical application indicates this design is of simple structure, with low costs, dependability is high, have very good value to popularize.
