范文字数:18662,页数:50 附任务书,开题报告,文献综述 基于PLC的电器铁心自动生产线设计 摘 要: 本课题主要介绍了PLC在电器铁心生产、装配(叠片,插钉,铆压,装环,检测等)过程中的应用及控制方法,系统构成,硬件配置和软件设计。该生产线由主机、液压站和电气控制系统组成。主机部分主要负责各个步骤的具体操作,液压站是驱动部分,而电气控制系统则是生产线的核心部分,它由可编程序控制器PLC及3SG无触点开关实现。采用了可编程序控制器PLC的自动生产线不仅简化了系统的硬件构成,使系统的调整更加方便,而且其控制性能及可靠性也得到很大的提高,同时能有效降低生产成本,大大提高了电器铁心的生产率。 Abstract: This problem has mainly introduced the application of PLC in manufacturing and assembling process (including folding slice, thrusting nail, riveting, impacting collar, examination, etc.) and its manipulative ways, the constitute of system, the scheme of hardware as well as the design of software. This production line is made up of host, liquid pressing station, and the electrical manipulative system. The host mainly takes charge the concrete operation of every procedure, liquid pressing station is a part of actuation, and the electrical manipulative system is the chief part of the whole production line, it is made up of the Programmable Logical Controller PLC and the 3SG switch with no contiguous spot .The automatic production line which adopts the Programmable Logical Controller PLC not only makes the hardware’s composition of system simpler and the adjustment of system more convenient, but also improves its manipulative ability and reliability. At the same time, it can reduce the cost of production, and raise the productivity of the silicon-steel slice of electrical appliance greatly.
