摘要

农村社会保障体系是社会保障体系的重要分支。推进农村社会保障制度建设，对促进社会保障体系健康发展具有十分重要作用。随着社会经济制度改革的深入，农村社会保障制度逐渐呈现出落后的现状，问题也越来越突出。目前，中国建立了以社会保险为主体以商业保险为辅的社会保障体系，其中农村社会保险包括社会救助、社会福利、特别福利安置、住房保障和社会慈善等社会保障制度。因此，强调农村社会保障制度既是惠民政策，也是全社会健康，更是巩固我国稳定发展的体系。要加快建立和完善我国农村社会保障制度，也是促进社会主义和谐社会发展的必然要求。是全面建设小康社会，实现伟大中华梦想必不可少的前提。本文通过对农村社会保障体系的内涵及意义进行阐述，分析了我国目前农村社会保障体系的种类，根据我国名村社会保障体系存在的问题，提出相应的解决措施。

Abstract

The rural social security system is an important branch of the social security system. Promote the construction of rural social security system, to promote the healthy development of social security system has a very important role. With the deepening of the social and economic system reform, the rural social security system has gradually shown the backward situation, the problem is more and more prominent. At present, China has established a social security system with social insurance as the main body supplemented by commercial insurance. The rural social insurance includes social security system such as social assistance, social welfare, special welfare, housing security and social charity. Therefore, the emphasis on rural social security system is both Huimin policy, but also the whole society of health, but also to consolidate China's stable development system. To speed up the establishment and improvement of China's rural social security system, but also to promote the development of a harmonious socialist society, the inevitable requirement. Is the premise of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great Chinese dream. Based on the connotation and significance of rural social security system, this paper analyzes the types of rural social security system in our country, and puts forward the corresponding measures according to the problems existing in the village social security system.
