公务员职业道德研究

摘  要

    随着国际经济的不断发展，各国间的发展有了很大改变，为了更好的迎合全球的发展，促进各国间的友好交流，我国的社会发展体系也在转变，在社会转变的过程的，人们思想观念、政治文化等等也需要随之转变，而对于我国的公务员，作为社会主义德道体系的一个重要组成部分，在国家社会体系转变的紧要关头，必须做好党和国家安排的各项任务、大力拥护国家政治信仰、重点保护国家和人民的利益，做到勤政为民、热爱国家、忠于人民、清正廉洁等等国家其他们的要求，但是事实正好相反，利用社会转型，他们职业道德出现了很大的问题。本文通过对公务员职业道德进行了解、分析，并对公务员职业道德提出了相应的改善建设，促使公务员职业德道能够有效改善。

Abstract

With the continuous development of international economy, development between countries has changed, in order to better cater to the global development, and promote friendly exchanges between the countries, China's social development system in the transformation process, in the transformation of the society, people's ideology, political culture also need to be changed, but for me civil servant, as an important part of the socialist moral system, at the crucial moment transition of country social system, must do the task, the party and national arrangements championed national political beliefs, focus on the protection of the interests of the state and people, do the work diligently for the people, love of country, loyal to the people, honest and so on other requirements, but on the contrary, the use of social transformation, their occupation moral is a big problem. This article through to the civil servants professional ethics to understand, analyze, and the civil servants professional ethics put forward the corresponding improvement construction, promote the civil service career moral way can effectively improve.
