摘要:爱米尔·涂尔干与马克斯·韦伯均为古典社会学理论的奠基人，二者对社会学的发展起到了很大的推动作用，然而他们的社会学理论却有很大的不同，甚至在有些方面截然相反。爱米尔·涂尔干的社会学属于实证主义社会学，而马克斯·韦伯的社会学则属于“理解社会学”的人文社会学。因此，对于爱米尔·涂尔干与马克斯·韦伯社会学的理论进行比较，明晰双方所开创的实证主义社会学与人文主义社会学在社会学史上的地位具有相当重要的意义。

Abstract

爱米尔·涂尔干与马克斯·韦伯均为古典社会学理论的奠基人，前者开创了实证主义社会学，而后者则开创了反实证主义的理解社会学。双方的理论均属十九世纪的“现代性”危机之下的思考研究，之后的现代社会学及后现代社会学时期的哲学家们相当部分的思维都源自他们所创立的两大理论流派，因此可以说双方在社会学理论的构建上均创造了不朽的价值。
