范文编号:CL028 范文字数:9745,页数:22 摘要:本范文以小和山上采集的橡子为原料,用重铬酸钾氧化-硫酸亚铁铵反滴定来测定橡子中单宁的含量。把所得的橡子放于红外烘箱中在60℃条件下烘干5小时,对其去壳和皮,为了使取样的橡子仁具有普遍性和多样性,对将要碾压的橡子仁进行4分法取样。对橡子仁进行粉碎,橡子粉经50目标准筛过筛。把所得的橡子粉放于红外烘箱中在90℃条件下测定橡子粉中的含水率。把已测定含水率的橡子粉分成2份,放于密封袋中,并将密封袋放于干燥器中保存以防止受潮。实验中利用重铬酸钾氧化-硫酸亚铁铵反滴定,经过14小时,每2小时换水得到总的单宁含量为每10g中单宁含量为1.0764即10.764%,由于单宁容易氧化,常规水提法所需要的时间又比较长,因此用超声波辅助作比较。进行单宁的回收率实验,回收率为 98.2% 。 关键词:橡子;单宁;检测;超声波 Abstract: In this thesis, small and mountains as the raw material collected acorns, oxidation with potassium dichromate - ferrous ammonium sulfate titration to determine anti-tannin content of acorns.
