范文编号:CL031 范文字数:10356,页数:29 摘 要:本范文就如何使用二氧化氯对染料及染料废水的脱色进行了研究,研究了温度、转速、摩尔比、pH、浓度、反应时间等对脱色率的影响。结果表明,二氧化氯对酸性蓝染料脱色的较佳条件:反应温度25℃, 反应时间10min,转速100r/min,pH=8,酸性蓝染料与二氧化氯反应的摩尔比为1:100;二氧化氯处理染料废水的较佳条件为:反应温度25℃(常温),反应时间20min,pH为12。二氧化氯用于染料废水处理具有工艺简单、操作方便、投资少、效果好等优点。应在我国大力发展二氧化氯的生产并促进其应用。 关键词: 染料;废水;二氧化氯;脱色率 Abstract:This article is based on the possibility study of dye and dye wastewater decoloration using chlorine dioxide , the relevant influential factors for decoloration rate , such as temperature , revolving speed,mole ratio, pH , initial concentration,and reaction time ,were determined. The results indicated that the preferred condition for chlorine dioxide in acid blue dye is that reaction temperature 25 ℃, revolving speed 100r/min, the mole ratio of acid blue dye and chlorine dioxide 1:100, pH 8, reaction time 10 minutes.The preferred condition for chlorine dioxide in wastewater treatment of dyeing is that reaction temperature 25 ℃ (normal temperature), reaction time 20 minutes , pH 12.The result shows that the technology of ClO2 has the characteristics of simple, convenient for operation, low cost and high efficiency.
