范文编号:CL053 范文字数:13174,页数:28 摘 要:涂料印花的印制效果和质量很大程度上取决于印花色浆组成及性能,其中增稠剂起着关键的作用。本人采用反相乳液聚合法,将中和的丙烯酸和N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺水溶液,借助乳化剂和搅拌作用,将其分散于非极性有机溶剂中,形成油包水型(W/O)乳液,进而聚合合成涂料印花增稠剂LG-301。通过对中和液pH值、交联剂、引发剂、聚合温度和通氮气等合成因素探讨和合成增稠剂应用性能研究,用该方法增稠剂印制的涂料印花织物,具有得色量高、花纹轮廓清晰、手感好等优点。综述了国内外活性染料印花糊料的发展现状并讨论了台成增稠剂在改善耐电解质性能和手感方面的有关理论研究。通过丙烯酸和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂反应合成水溶性长链疏水单体,该单体通过反相乳液聚合法和丙烯酸共聚,得到耐电解质性能较好的疏水缔合型聚丙烯酸盐增稠剂。 Abstract: Pigment printing and quality printing results depends largely on the composition and performance of printing paste, which play a key role thickener.
