范文编号:CL060 范文字数:11603,页数:26 摘 要:以二水杨醛二水镍为原料与2,6-二甲基苯胺反应合成二(2,6-二甲基水杨醛亚胺)镍配合物,作为丙烯齐聚催化剂。利用红外光谱与紫外光谱表征配合物的结构。用DSC测试了配合物的热性能。考察了二(2,6-二甲基水杨醛亚胺)镍配合物和二水杨醛亚胺镍配合物用于丙烯齐聚催化性能的差异。探讨了不同烷基铝型助催化剂以及三苯基磷对于催化性能的影响。加入三苯基膦,用紫外光谱研究了配合物/PPh3溶液体系,推测了催化活性中心形成的可能机理。 关键词: 2,6-二甲基苯胺; 镍配合物;丙烯齐聚 Abstract: Bis(2,6-dimethyl Salicylaldmine)nickel complex was synthesized by 2,6-dimethylaniline aniline nickel and bis(salicylaldmine)nickel typed complex, this complex can be used as propylene oligomerization catalyst. The complex was characterristed by IR and UV. And the thermal properties of complex was tested by DSC. The catalytic performance in propylene oligomerization was compared for two complexes bis(2,6-dimethyl salicylaldmine)nickel and bis(salicylaldmine)nickel. The effect of alkyl aluminium cocatalysts and PPh3 on propylene catalytic behavior was investegated. The complex / triphenylmethane solution system was studied by UV atlas, and a possible catalytic mechanism of the formation of the active site was proposed.
