范文编号:CL072 范文字数:14789,页数:34 摘 要:水热法是在特制的密闭反应容器里,采用水溶液为反应介质,通过对反应容器加热,创造一个高温、高压的反应环境,使得通常难溶或不溶的物质溶解并且重结晶。我们利用钛酸四异丙酯制备TiO2,并在高压釜内经过高温、高压合成TiO2晶体,通过添加一系列表面活性物质制备TiO2胶体。制备光伏器件,并对其进行光电表征。讨论了不同反应条件对光伏性能的影响,寻找到提高光电转换效率的途径。 关键词:水热法;TiO2膜电极;表面活性剂;光伏性能;DSSC; Abstract: Hydrothermal is in a special airtight containers reaction (autoclave), a solution for the reaction medium, the reaction by heating containers, creating a high-temperature, high-pressure response to the environment, usually made of insoluble or soluble and insoluble material recrystallization. We use tetra-isopropyl titanate and hot water in the reactor, after a high-temperature, high-pressure to synthesize the TiO2 crystals. TiO2 colloid were prepared by adding a series of surfactants. Devices were fabricated and characterized, and the influence of different reactive conditions on performances was discussed. Finally found, this is a better method to make superior solar cells..
