摘 要：本范文主要内容为1000t/a高沸硅油生产企业的总平面图设计。高沸硅油是含有活性甲氧基、乙氧基基团的甲基硅油，容易固化成膜。常用于干粉灭火剂的处理，织物整理，以及作脱模剂、消泡剂的基础原料等。与同类的甲基硅油相比具有价格低廉，质量稳定的特点，市场应用非常广泛。本设计就是在此基础上，进行1000t/a高沸硅油生产线的全厂总平面图设计，我们分别设计了生产区，辅助生产区，储存区，行政研发区。根据消防，安全，环保及工艺本身要求，对整个厂区的单元布置设计进行详细地论证。并按照相关规定对各部分进行设计，包括各生产车间及仓库的防火等级，以及各建筑物之间的安全距离，并相应设计了一些列消防用设施。

Abstract: This thesis mainly for 1000t/a high content of total production enterprise boiling silicone plan design. According to fire safety, environmental protection, and process of the plant itself, the unit for detail design.
