范文编号:CL078 范文字数:10900,页数:25 摘要:本文采用Reimer-Tiemann法,以对甲酚为原料,三丁胺为相转移催化剂, 合成2-羟基-5-甲基苯甲醛。通过水蒸气蒸馏得到粗产品,薄层色谱确定最佳的展开剂配比,柱分离得到纯产物。采用2,4-二硝基苯肼、亚硫酸氢钠溶液定性分析,初步确定产物的特征官能团。并用红外光谱和核磁共振谱分析产物结构。 关键词:Reimer-Tiemann法;对甲酚;2-羟基-5-甲基苯甲醛 Abstract: 2-Hydroxy-5-methylbenzaldehyde was synthesized with Cresol as the stuff, tributyl amine as the phase-transfer catalyst in Reimer-Tiemann reaction. The initial product was obtained from the steam distillation. The suitable proportion of up spread reagent has been determined through Thin-Layer Chromatography and pure product was obtained from the Column chromatography separation. Then, the characteristic function group of the product was confirmed preliminarily by qualitative analysis with 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine and hydrogen sulfite sodium.
