 摘 要：紫外光固化涂料具有无挥发性化合物排放、环境友好、施工流动性好、固化时间短、涂层附着力和耐磨性优异、耐候性好等特点，特别是近年来，光固化技术的不断发展和进步和人们节能环保意识的增强，光固化涂料得到迅速发展。本文以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料，经反应先制得改性丙烯酸羟异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯，而后分别与低分子量聚醚及氨基有机硅烷反应制得聚醚低聚体和硅烷改性低聚体，以此预聚体为主原料，再和双酚A型丙烯酸环氧酯、光敏剂等复合制得一种新型涂料。该涂料用于玻璃涂覆固化后涂膜硬度≥H，附着力0级， 耐磨性RCA 175g≥300次，涂膜外观平整光滑，柔韧性1mm，光泽度≥90，综合性能优良。

Excellent performance.
