范文编号:CL086 范文字数:11547,页数:25 摘要:通过对甘蔗渣液化反应的研究,以探索一种甘蔗渣新的利用方法。在以硫酸为催化剂的条件下讨论了液化试剂、液固比及反应温度等因素对甘蔗渣液化反应的影响。结果表明,甘蔗渣在PEG#400中的液化率可达到96%,而且其中的木质素全部被液化,所得液化物为聚醚酯多元醇,羟值为160mgKOH/g~30O mg KOH/g,能满足中强度硬质聚氨酯泡沫的要求。 关键词:甘蔗渣;液化反应;多元醇 Abstract: The liquefaction of bagasse was studied in order to explore a new way for its use.The conditions of bagasse liquefaction,such as liquefaction solvent,liquid solid ratio,reaction temperature were investigated while the sulfuric acid as a catalyst.It indicated that the liquefaction efficiency of 96 could be reached in PEG #400,and the lignin was liquefied completely.The liquefied product is a polyether ester polyol and its hydroxyl value is 160mg KOH/g~300mg KOH/g,which means that the product can be satisfied as a material for moderate intensity polyurethane foam.
