范文编号:CL106 范文字数:13850,页数:24 摘 要:本文采用先合成高分子量的阴离子乳液,再加入氨基单体,进行“封端”,并在达到热力学平衡状态前,终止反应的工艺,制备出高分子量、氨基改性的有机硅阴离子乳液。研究结果表明:在固含量15%;单体预乳化再滴加;TX-10为非离子乳化剂的条件下,获得的硅油分子量比市场同类产品高一倍左右,并经织物手感评价,滑爽性突出。在此基础上,将上述合成的乳液与环氧偶联剂,催化剂配置成平滑整理剂,应用于三维中空涤纶短纤维的平滑整理。并讨论了氨基含量、催化剂用量、交联剂用量对平滑性、柔软性及蓬松性的影响。研究结果表明:在氨基含量6%,催化剂含量1%,交联剂含量为0.25%时,可获得较佳的效果,与国外同类产品相比具有同质的水平,而采用市面上同类的氨基改性阴离子乳液复配,由于分子量小,则滑度和牢度有明显差距。 关键词:有机硅;阴离子乳液聚合;分子量;八甲基环四硅氧烷 Abstract: In this paper, the first synthesis of high molecular weight anionic emulsion, and then join the amino monomer, "capped" and thermodynamic equilibrium is reached before the end of the response, prepared by high molecular weight, amino-modified silicone anionic emulsion. The results show that: when amino content of 6 percent, catalyst of 1 percent, crosslinker content of 0.25 percent, get better results, compared with similar foreign products with the same level, while a similar market-modified anionic latex compound, the molecular weight of small, slippery and fastness of a clear gap.
