范文编号:CL109 范文字数:11352,页数:22 摘 要:本范文主要介绍了几种金属醇盐的制备方法,设计了合成单金属醇盐和双金属醇盐的路线。对于单金属醇盐,在通氨气的条件下,使乙醇和氯化锶反应,生成乙醇锶,在此过程中,氨气的主要作用是提供碱性条件。对于双金属醇盐,其合成过程为首先在丙三醇的一个端羟基上加钠,利用威廉森合成法,使丙三醇钠与溴乙烷反应生成混醚;再和氯化钛与氯化锶混合物反应,通氨气,在丙三醇的另外两个羟基上加上金属钛和锶。为了表征产物的结构,文章对纯化后金属醇盐做了红外检测,发现单金属醇盐产物中含有O-Sr,双金属醇盐产物中含有O-Ti和O-Sr。为了便于蒸馏,分离产物,可使用苯作为有机溶剂。文中合成的金属醇盐在铁电材料领域有广阔的应用前景。 关键词:丙三醇;铁电性;金属醇盐 Abstract: This article mainly introduces several metal alkoxides preparation methods, designs synthesis of single metal alkoxides and double metal alkoxides. To single metal alkoxides, we use Ammonia Synthesis reaction, thus under the condition of ammonia, make ethanol and strontium chloride reaction to produce ethanol strontium. In this process ,the primary role of ammonia is providing basic conditions. To double metal alkoxides, through the use of Williamson Synthesis, we first add sodium to glycerol, make it react with dibromethane to produce mixed ether; then under the condition of ammonia ,make the mixed ether reacts with chloride titanium and chloride strontium to add titanium and strontium to glycerol. To characterize the product structure, we did infrared detection to the purified metal alkoxides, then we noticed single metal alkoxides containing O-Sr and double metal alkoxides containing O-Ti and O-Sr. In order to facilitate the distillation and separate the production, benzene can be used as organic solvent.
