范文编号:CL113 范文字数:14719,页数:32 摘要:涂层用硅橡胶不仅能赋予织物各类性能,而借助于功能有机硅材料的特殊反应性,还能赋予织物油润、纸质的优异特殊手感,这在人体内衣等织物上的应用前景十分广泛,值得研究。因此本研究通过分子结构控制工程,设计出两条合成路线,并进行工艺及配方的优化。结果表明:针对合成路线1,在聚合温度90℃,催化剂用量为0.0001%,水解物用量0.08%(均相对单体用量)的工艺条件下,制备得到的超高分子量硅油,再配用手感形成剂用量为10%时,可获得涂层用三组分硅橡胶手感和适用期的最优组合;针对合成路线2,聚合温度50℃,催化剂用量为0.01%,接枝主链聚合物用量为1%(均相对25%甲苯硅油溶液而言),起始硅油黏度为1000000mPa.s的工艺条件下,制备得到的涂层用三组分硅橡胶能满足要求。相比较而言,路线1的合成工艺较难,而路线2的固化时间相对较慢,各有利弊。 关键词:硅橡胶;涂层;手感 Abstract: Coated with silicone rubber can not only give fabrics various properties, and by using functional silicone materials to the special reaction, Fabric can also be given oily, paper outstanding special feeling, which is of broad application prospects in some field such as underwear fabric, thus it is worth studying. The results show: for the technology 1, ultra-high molecular weight silicone oil is prepared under the condition as follows: the polymerization temperature is 90 ° C, the amount of catalyst is 0.0001%,hydrolysates amount of 0.08% (relative monomer content).
