我国中小企业成本控制中存在的问题及对策
 
 摘  要
 我国中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，对经济发展和社会稳定起着举足轻重的促进作用。中小企业独具的灵活性和创新性，使其无论是在企业数量还是提供就业机会上，都对我国的国民经济做出了重要的贡献,是实现我国经济可持续发展的的重要力量。
 文章首先对中小企业及成本控制进行了界定，介绍了中小企业成本控制的相关理论；其次从物资管理、员工自身、技术设备管理和生产管理方面分析了我国中小企业在成本控制管理存在着一系列的问题；最后针对这些问题从改善采购、生产环节、销售、服务环节 方面给出了相应的对策，完善了我国中小企业成本控制体系。

Abstract
 SMEs in China is an important part of the national economy, economic development and social stability plays an important role in promoting. SMEs unique flexibility and innovation, both in the number of enterprises to provide employment opportunities or, all of our national economy has made an important contribution to achieving sustainable economic development in China a major force.
 First this article difined SMEs and cost control and introduced the theory of cost control for SMEs; Second, from materials management, employee self, device management and production management technology analyzes the cost control and management of SMEs there is a series of problems; Finally, these problems by improving the procurement, production processes, sales and service aspects of the corresponding part of the countermeasures, a more complete cost control system of SMEs in China.
