中小企业财务管理存在的问题及对策研究——融资问题研究

摘 要
 中小企业是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量。无论在发达国家还是发展中国家，中小企业都是国民经济的重要支柱。因为中小企业在促进科技进步、丰富产业组群等方面，发挥着不可忽视且不可替代的作用。中小企业在经济发展中的重要作用已经越来越被学术界和实际部门所认识，中小企业在实际发展中普遍存在的问题——融资困难，也日益被政府和理论界、实业界所关注，各国也为此展开了许多卓有成效的探索和实践。与国外相比，中国的中小企业在融资方面面临的困难要大的多。一方面，由于我国风险投资和资本市场尚不发达，直接融资体系还不健全，中小企业权益性融资占比例很小；另一方面，由于信息不对称和规模所有制的歧视，商业银行对中小企业又存在严格的信贷配给，所以，中小企业约束在我国非常突出。据统计，八成企业将融资难视为其发展的第一瓶颈，七成企业无法顺畅的申请到银行贷款，六成企业认为不能足额获得信贷支持，可见，中小企业的融资在我国的严重程度。

 Abstract
 Small and Medium Enterprises is an important force for national economic and social development. Both the developed and developing countries, small and medium enterprises are an important pillar of the national economy. The small and medium enterprises in promoting scientific and technological progress, industrial group rich resources, improve efficiency in birth socialized professional and expand exports, increase employment, and play an important and irreplaceable role. Small and Medium Enterprises in the economic development has become increasingly important role in the academic community and the real sector, small and medium enterprises in the development of the prevailing problems-financing difficulties, the Government has been increasing and theoretical circles, the business community is concerned, many countries have conducted fruitful exploration and practice. Compared with the outside world, China  small and medium enterprises in the financing difficulties faced by a number. As China risk investment and capital market is still underdeveloped, direct financing system is still not perfect, Small and Medium Enterprises Financing accounted for a very small proportion of interest on the other hand, the Ministry of Information and scale symmetrical ownership of discrimination, commercial banks in the small and medium enterprises and stringent credit allocation, therefore, be bound by small and medium enterprises in China very outstanding. According to statistics, 8% will be difficult to finance its development as the first bottlenecks, 7% are unable to apply for the smooth flow of bank loans to enterprises that cannot be 6% in full access to credit support to the financing of small and medium enterprises in China.
