论现代企业制度下的财务管理

财务管理作为一项社会行为，其诞生之初就具有特定的目标和方向。在目标的影响下，财务管理活动都会遵循一定准则，形成一定的向心力，从而为实现财务管理目标，朝着具体的方向前进。所谓财务管理，就是会计活动运行所要达成的具体结果。作为经营活动，其本质目的便是取得利润，达到经济效益的实现。当前，企业加强财务管理，能够充分释放企业活动，强化企业的经济效益目标实现。本文以益盛有限公司为例，将论述重点放在涉税财务管理上，提出该企业财务管理中的问题，并对该企业管理优化方案进行了具体展示，提出加强企业财务管理制度、完善财务管理人员素质、强化收入和固定资产财务管理、加强涉税风险管理等对策，以期提升该类型企业的市场竞争力。

Research on financial Risk Management of small and medium-sized enterprises

Abstract

At present, small and medium-sized enterprises strengthen financial management, can fully release enterprise activities, strengthen the realization of economic benefits of enterprises. Taking Yisheng Co., LTD as an example, this paper focuses on the tax-related financial management, puts forward the problems in the enterprise's financial management, presents the enterprise's management optimization plan in detail, and proposes countermeasures to strengthen the enterprise's financial management system, improve the quality of financial management personnel, n order to enhance the market competitiveness of this type of small and medium-sized enterprises.
