浅谈企业的成本管理

 随着经济全球化和经济一体化过程的加快，企业面临的市场竞争日益激烈，能否获得并保持长期的竞争优势是企业生存和发展的关键所在。企业的竞争优势来源于两个方面：一是以低成本经营而获得高利润的能力；二是企业能够使自己在顾客眼里形成与竞争者差异化的能力，即价值优势。本文首先分析了企业成本管理的过程，以及影响企业成本管理的内部和外部因素，并在此基础上以米勒公司为例，对米勒公司的成本管理系统的优化提出了若干建议和对策，这将有利于提高企业的管理水平，促进企业在市场中的竞争。

                         ABSTRACT

 With economic globalization and accelerating the process of economic integration, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition, ability to obtain and maintain long-term competitive advantage is the survival and development of the key. Competitive advantage comes from two aspects: First, low-cost operators the ability to obtain high profits; Second, enterprises can make their own formation in the eyes of the customer the ability to differentiate from competitors, namely the value advantage. This paper analyzes the process of cost management and cost management of internal and external factors, and on this basis to Miller's case, the cost of the Miller management system optimization presents a number of recommendations and strategies This will improve enterprise management level, to promote enterprise in the market competition.
