企业现金流量分析——以巴陵石化环氧树脂厂为例
摘  要

 在日趋激烈的竞争环境中，企业必须把握正确的战略发展方向，制定合理的经营战略，在此过程中，企业的现金流量在很大程度上决定了企业的生存和后续发展能力，现金流量分析有助于企业对自身经营战略的有效性做出分析。
 本文首先从宏观角度出发，对我国现金流量分析的现状和意义等进行了分析，提出我国现阶段现金流量分析的两点问题：一是分析目标不明确；二是分析指标不合理。然后阐述企业现金流量分析主要分析其偿债能力、获取现金能力，盈利质量能力，并提出现金流量指标分析中应注意的问题。接下来，利用现金流量表对我国著名企业巴陵石化环氧树脂厂进行现金流量分析。通过分析其经营活动、投资活动、筹资活动引起的现金流量数额，研究其经营状况，得出其现金流较为短缺的现状并给予对策。

ABSTRACT

 In the increasingly competitive environment, companies must grasp the right strategic direction, make reasonable business strategy, during this process, the enterprise's cash flow to a large extent, decides the existence and subsequent development capacity, cash flow analysis helps enterprises on the effectiveness of their business strategy.   This article first from a macro perspective, cash flow analysis of the status and significance of the proposed country analysis, cash flow analysis of two points: first, analysis of target ambiguous; the second is to analyze the index is not reasonable. And then explains enterprise cash flow analysis focused on their solvency and the ability to get cash, profitability and quality capability, cash flow index analysis. Next, use the cash flow statement to our famous enterprises baling petrochemical plants to calculate cash flow analysis. Through the analysis of its business activities, investment activities, financing activities, cash flow amount of its operational condition, its cash flow more shortage situation and give countermeasures.
