中小科技型企业的风险管理与控制-基于风险识别方法视角

摘要

中小科技型企业近年来在社会经济的发展中起着不可估量的作用，并且数量也日益增多。以河北省为例，全省中小科技型企业从2013年的8900家，发展到目前的（2018年）5.1万家，翻了两番多，占全部中小企业的比重由2013年的3%提高到13%（2018年）。然而随着中小科技型企业的日益增多，企业自身面临的风险也凸显出来，人才风险、融资风险、创新力不足风险、政府政策风险等正严重的阻碍着中小科技型企业的良好、健康、稳定发展。为此，我们根据以上种种风险，采用基于风险识别的方法视角对中小科技型企业的风险进行分析研究，从而达到管理和控制的目的，让企业以人才为本、以创新力为驱动，从而使企业良好、健康、稳定的发展下去。

Abstract

In recent years, small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises play an inestimable role in the development of social economy, and the number is increasing. Taking Hebei Province as an example, the number of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in Hebei Province has more than quadrupled from 8,900 in 2013 to 51,000 in 2018, and the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises has increased from 3% in 2013 to 13% (2018). However, with the increasing number of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, the risks faced by enterprises themselves are also highlighted. Talent risk, financing risk, lack of innovation risk, government policy risk are seriously hindering the sound, healthy and stable development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises. Therefore, according to the above risks, we use the method of risk identification to analyze and study the risks of small and medium-sized technology enterprises, so as to achieve the purpose of management and control, so that enterprises are talent-oriented and innovative driven, so that enterprises develop well, healthily and steadily.
