温州报喜鸟集团有限公司成本控制分析

摘  要

在市场全球化进程中，国内国际背景下的服装企业所受到的竞争压力日益加大，使服装企业对成本控制提出了新的要求和设想。本文在阐述了成本控制相关理论基础下，分析了以“报喜鸟”为例的服装企业成本控制的现状，评价了该公司成本控制的优势与劣势，最后提出了建立和完善产品成本控制的具体可行性措施。本人认为，服装企业的成本控制不应该局限于车间，局限于制造费用上，而要把成本控制从生产和销售环节向外延伸，注重将非生产阶段的成本控制纳入公司成本控制的目标中从而达到成本的全方面的控制。这将成为服装企业在新时期的重要课题。

Abstract

In the process of marketization, domestic and international background clothing business by the growing competitive pressure, make clothing enterprise cost control to put forward the new requirements and ideas. This paper expounds the cost control related theory basis, with "Baoxiniao" as an example, analyzed the clothing enterprise cost control, the current situation of evaluation of the cost control of the company advantage and disadvantage, finally puts forward to establish and perfect the product cost control of the specific feasibility measures. The author thinks that clothing enterprise cost control should not be limited in the workshop, confined to the manufacturing costs, and want to control costs from production and sales link to extension, pay attention to the cost control non-production stage will be included in the cost control of the company so as to achieve the goal of all the aspects of the cost control. This will be in the new period garment enterprises as an important issue.
