电子商务环境下企业财务管理面临的风险与防范

摘要

自二十一世纪以来，随着计算机技术的蓬勃发展，经济全球化的影响，电子商务在不知不觉中走进了我们的生活，带来了云计算、在线管理、电子支付以及移动互联网理财等新型手段，电子商务作为新世纪的主要的交易方式之一，已成为生活不可或缺的一部分。首先，电子商务突破了商务活动的时间和空间限制，促进了市场经济交易规模的不断增长，改变了企业原有的经营理念和经营规模；其次，计算机技术的使用，给企业带来了新的理念；再次，电子商务的出现，使得企业财务管理对人才的素质提出了更高的需求。电子商务使企业的运营风险和财务模式经受着巨大挑战目前，鉴于此，本文从电子商务的出现为着手点，探讨电子商务环境下企业财务管理存在的问题以及如何防范。

ABSTRACT

Since the 21st century, with the development of computer technology, the influence of economic globalization, e-commerce unknowingly walked into our life and brings about cloud computing, online management, electronic payment and new means such as mobile Internet banking, e-commerce as one of the main trading mode in the new century, has become an indispensable part of life. First of all, the electronic commerce breaks through the business activities of time and space constraints, promoted the trade scale growing market economy, changed the original management idea and management scale; Secondly, the use of computer technology, in addition to bring a new idea; Again, the emergence of electronic business, make the enterprise financial management quality put forward higher demand for talent. E-commerce makes the enterprise operational risk and financial model subjected to enormous challenge at present, in view of this, from the emergence of electronic commerce as the starting point, this paper discusses the risk of enterprise financial management under the electronic commerce environment and how to protect against it。
