资产证券化在中国的现状及发展可能-----以国泰居安证券股份有限公司为例

资产证券化是近年来金融市场上一种具有创新性的金融工具，该金融工具的出现使投资者多了一种投资选择。资产证券化最初在国外兴起，在国内发展时间较短，直到2005年资产证券才正式在银行推出，经过十多年的发展，资产证券化已经进入到一个快速发展的周期，但是由于实施环境方面的障碍、产品种类以及监督等方面的障碍，导致资产证券化在国内实施仍存在较多的问题。本文以国泰居安证券股份有限公司为研究对象，从资产证券化的发展现状现状着手，分析资产证券化在发展中面临的各种障碍，并结合当前我国金融环境、市场环境提出针对性的解决建议，以促进资产证券化在我国顺利的发展。

The current situation and development possibility of asset securitization in China

ABSTRACT: Asset securitization is an innovative financial instrument in the financial market in recent years. The emergence of this financial instrument makes investors have an alternative investment. Asset-backed securitization started in foreign countries and lasted a relatively short time in China. It was not until 2005 that asset-backed securities were formally launched in banks. After more than ten years of development, asset-backed securitization has entered a period of rapid development. However, due to the obstacles in the implementation of the environment, product types and supervision, it has been guided. There are still many problems in asset securitization in China. Starting from the current situation of the development of asset securitization in China, this paper analyzes the various obstacles in the development of asset securitization, and puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems in light of the current financial and market environment in China, so as to promote the smooth development of asset securitization in China.
