摘 要

存货是企业一项非常重要的资产，存货管理的情况会影响到企业的运营和发展。因此，想要企业得到长远的发展，就必须管理好存货，对于食品加工制造业来说，更是如此。涪陵榨菜公司是中国非常具有典型性的一个食品加工企业，本文从涪陵公司的财务报告和存货管理的现实情况入手，从理论与实际上分析公司存货的管理，并且对比国内外相似情况的企业，寻找出值得学习的经验。重点关注涪陵公司在存货管理方面有哪些值得其他食品加工业甚至是其他中小企业存货管理方面借鉴的经验，哪些需要改进的不足之处，然后针对这些不足之处找出原因并提出对策和建议。本文对涪陵公司存货管理展开分析，希望不仅能促进涪陵公司持续稳定地的健康发展，还希望能够对其他的食品加工企业起到借鉴作用。

Abstract

Inventory is an extremely important asset of the enterprise. The situation of inventory management is related to the operation and development of the enterprise. Therefore, if the enterprise is to develop in the long run, it must manage the inventory, especially for the food processing and industry. Fuling company is a typical food processing industry in China. This paper starts from the financial report and inventory management of Fuling Company, analyzes the management of the company's inventory from theory and fact, and compares companies with similar situations at home and abroad. Finding the experience worth learning, to see what the Fuling company has to learn from the inventory management of other food processing industries and even other small and medium-sized enterprises, what are the inadequacies that need improvement, and address these shortcomings. Identify the cause and propose countermeasures and recommendations. This paper studies and analyzes the inventory management of Fuling Company. It hopes that it can not only help the Fuling Company, but also provide a theoretical basis for the continued development of Fuling mustard. It also hopes to be useful for other food processing enterprises.
