企业偿债能力问题探讨——以贵州百灵为例

摘要

企业的偿债能力是反映企业财务状况和经营能力的重要标志，企业的偿债能力还是反映对债务的承受能力。所以低报酬低收益的企业，需要利用好财务杠杆定理来提高企业的获利能力。再者，一个企业发展越快就说明企业的内控制度需要进一步完善，企业的高层和财务人员制定健全的财报分析制度。且企业的偿债能力分析不仅是财务报表分析中重要的一方面，它是查看企业能否持续经营的一个重要能力指标。据市场历史经验看，我国药业中最为重要的问题是资金链断裂，所以企业的偿债能力是最能体现的企业的资金运营情况。所以，本文运用比率分析法、对比分析以贵州百灵企业为例，对我国药业偿债能力中存在的问题进行分析并结合企业的真实情况和运用课本知识对企业提出合理性建议。

Abstract

The solvency of an enterprise is an important symbol of the financial situation and operating ability of the enterprise, and the solvency of the enterprise reflects the ability to bear the debt. Therefore, enterprises with low compensation and low income need to make good use of financial leverage theorem to improve the profitability of enterprises. Moreover, the faster the development of an enterprise, it shows that the internal control system of the enterprise needs to be further improved, and the senior management and financial personnel of the enterprise formulate a sound financial analysis system. Moreover, the solvency analysis of enterprises is not only an important aspect of financial statement analysis, but also an important ability index to see whether enterprises can continue to operate. According to the historical experience of the market, the most important part of the pharmaceutical industry in China is the most important. The problem is that the capital chain is broken, so the solvency of the enterprise is the most representative of the capital operation of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper uses the ratio analysis method to compare and analyze the problems existing in the solvency of the pharmaceutical industry in China, taking Guizhou Bailing enterprises as an example, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the enterprises according to the real situation of the enterprises and the use of textbook knowledge.
