企业发展能力分析——以昆药集团股份有限公司为例

摘要

在现代经济的发展大潮中，企业的立足与稳定发展成了每个企业经营者都十分关心的问题，以便在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出，与时俱进，增强自身的发展能力，提升企业竞争力，因此社会对于企业的评价不再仅从静态的角度关注其盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力，也更加注重从动态的角度分析其长期的发展能力，从而得出企业发展能力方面存在的问题并提出相应的解决措施，从而有助于企业制定长期的发展战略。本篇范文主要运用文献资料法、比率分析法和理论与案例结合法，选取昆药集团股份有限公司为案例，对我国企业发展能力方面存在的问题及原因进行概括性的总结，运用所学知识分析相关指标，结合企业实际发展状况，寻找企业发展能力方面出现问题的解决措施。

ABSTRACT

In the development of modern economic spring tide, the foothold and stability development of enterprises into every business operator is very concerned about, in order to stand out in the fierce market competition, keep pace with The Times, enhance their own development ability, improve the competitiveness of enterprises. So the social evaluation of enterprise is no longer only from the perspective of the static focus on its profit ability, debt paying ability, operation ability, and pay more attention to from the Angle of the dynamic analysis of the long-term development ability , so as to obtain the problems in the development ability of enterprises and put forward corresponding solutions, which is helpful for enterprises to formulate long-term development strategy. This paper mainly using the literature material method, ratio analysis method and in combination with theory and case, select kunming group co., LTD as a case, to our country enterprise development ability and causes of the problems of general summary, using knowledge in analyzing related indicators, in combination with the practical development of the enterprise, to find solutions for problems of enterprise development ability.
