XCLW51591 供应链VMI模式在我国的应用——以美的集团为例 (字数:11312) 中文摘要 在企业竞争日趋白热化的今天,供应链管理作为可以实现多方共赢的管理模式极大地提高了供应链上各个企业的盈利能力,而库存管理就是供应链管理中不可缺少的重要模块之一。 在传统的库存管理中,每一个节点上的企业各自为营,容易导致零售层面的空缺,库存过剩,占用企业大量资金,需求变异放大等等问题。供应链库存管理(VMI)作为一种跨越组织界限的新兴的库存管理模式可以很好地阻抑牛鞭效应,通过向合作方公开透明的销售数据和库存数据等方法来减少商品的累积,进而降低存货持有成本,提高供应链运作效率,增加各方利润,实现共赢。 本文首先介绍了供应商管理库存模式的研究背景及研究它的意义,以及国内外学者研究VMI的现状,接着简单地介绍了库存管理理论和供应商库存管理理论。同时,以美的公司为例子,分析其通过实行VMI模式后各项库存数据的变化,对其取得的成果进行评价和总结,为我国其他制造企业的库存管理模式的改进和提高企业竞争力提高参考价值。 关键词:供应链管理;库存管理;供应商管理库存;零库存 ABSTRACT In today's increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, supply chain management, as a management mode that can achieve multi-win, has greatly improved the profitability of all enterprises in the supply chain, and inventory management is one of the indispensable important modules in supply chain management. In traditional inventory management, enterprises at each node operate independently, which may easily lead to problems such as vacancy at the retail level, excess inventory, large amount of capital occupied by enterprises, and amplification of demand variation.Supply chain management inventory (VMI) as an emerging across organizational boundaries of inventory management model is a good way to stop the bullwhip effect, through the transparent to partner sales data and inventory data such as ways to reduce the accumulation of goods, thereby lowering inventory holding cost, and improve the efficiency of supply chain operation, increase the benefit and achieve win-win situation. This article first introduces the research background and significance of VMI, as well as the research status of VMI at home and abroad, and then briefly introduces the inventory management theory and supplier inventory management theory.At the same time, taking Media Group as an example, this article analyzes the changes of its inventory data after implementing VMI mode, and evaluates and summarizes its achievements. This article has reference significance for the improvement of inventory management mode of other manufacturing enterprises in China and the improvement of enterprise competitiveness.
