企业库存现金的管理——以文山市文笔塔商贸有限公司为例

摘要

现金是变现能力最强的资产,在企业的生产过程中短时间的停留，为了满足是企业生产经营活动的开支，也是还钱借钱和进行纳税的一项凭证。因此，足够的现金是企业降低风险、增强资产流动性和债务可清偿性的必要条件。现金同时也是企业最难以控制和最容易发生舞弊现象的资产，这便需要企业拥有一个掌握财务知识且素质比较高的团队来为企业提供稳健扎实的财务管理和经济基础，才能做预算的资金为企业出谋划策，在激烈竞争的社会中立于不败之地。

本文以案例分析的形式对文山市文笔塔商贸有限公司的库存现金管理、内部控制制度、库存现金收付、现金预算等问题进行研究分析。本文以库存现金的相关理论为基础；以财务数据为支撑；以管理现状为依据，对文笔塔商贸有限公司库存现金管理方面的问题进行分析，并提出相应的改善建议。

Abstract

Cash is the most powerful asset, in the production process of the enterprise stay for a short time, in order to meet the expenses of the production and operation of the enterprise, but also a voucher to repay the money to borrow money and pay taxes. Therefore, sufficient cash is a necessary condition for enterprises to reduce risk and enhance asset liquidity and debt solvency. At the same time, cash is also the most difficult to control and the most prone to fraud assets, which requires enterprises to have a team with financial knowledge and high quality to provide sound and solid financial management and economic base for enterprises, in order to make budgetary funds to advise enterprises, in a fiercely competitive society. an invincible position。

In the form of case analysis, this paper studies and analyzes the inventory cash management, internal control system, cash receipt and payment, cash budget and so on in Wenpenta Trading Co., Ltd. This paper is based on the relevant theory of cash in stock, supported by financial data, and on the basis of the present situation of management, analyzes the problems in the management of cash in stock of Wenpenta Trading Co., Ltd., and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for improvement.
