期间费用在企业会计的核算中发挥着极其重要的作用，期间费用下的销管财三个会计科目，销售费用和管理费用都分支繁多，而且与之相关的各项支出不仅频繁发生还很锁碎，一些费用的支出并不是单个因素所构成的而是两个或者两个以上的因素复合构成，直接关系到了企业的经营状况。目前，在期间费用中，我国众多私企表现出的问题大多是发生额不合理与费用结构不合理等众多问题。文中是以会计准则为基础，以期间费用为范文的理论基础，以昆明子弟食品有限公司为例，对许多私企期间费用中存在的一些问题及原因进行阐述分析，并提出了相应的建议，促进企业的发展与进步。

Abstract

Period expenses play an extremely important role in the accounting of enterprises. The three accounting subjects of sales management and finance under period expenses, sales expenses and management expenses, are divided into many branches, and the related expenditures are not only frequent but also very fragmented. Some expenses are not composed of a single factor but of two or more factors, which are directly related. Related to the operation of the enterprise. At present, in the period cost, many private enterprises in our country show many problems, such as unreasonable amount and unreasonable cost structure. Based on the accounting standards and the theory of period expenses, this paper takes Kunming Zizi Food Co., Ltd. as an example to analyze some problems and reasons existing in period expenses of many private enterprises, and puts forward corresponding suggestions to promote the development and progress of enterprises.
