摘 要

外国企业利用财务杠杆大量举债，实现了经济的迅速发展，这让国内企业尤其是上市公司企业看到了负债带来的经济效益，于是负债集资变成企业获得资金的重要方法。但是，过高的负债不仅给企业带来压力，而且影响企业的声誉，影响企业的正常经营活动，甚至会出现资不抵债甚至倒闭的情况，造成不可弥补的后果。处于比较低一点负债水平也不利于企业更好的规划企业的资产结构组合，不利于企业获得最有利于企业的利润指标，跟不上迅速变换的市场，影响企业的发展前途。这就需要进行偿债能力分析。偿债能力分析及时了解负债的状况，避免过高或过低，保证公司正常经营。乐视网是一家负债问题突出的上市企业，从上市的强势势力，但后期的负债过高，都体现出一些问题。本文通过对偿债指标的分析，分析出视频行业的可能出现的问题，提出一些建议。希望会对公司未来发展提出一些建议。

Abstract

Foreign enterprises use financial leverage to borrow heavily and achieve rapid economic development. This enables domestic enterprises, especially listed companies, to see the economic benefits of debt. Therefore, debt financing has become an important method for enterprises to raise funds. However, excessive liabilities not only bring burdens to enterprises, but also affect the credibility of enterprises, affect the normal business activities of enterprises, and even lead to insolvency and forced bankruptcy, resulting in irreparable consequences. Lower liabilities are not conducive to improving the asset structure of enterprises, maximizing the benefits of enterprises funds, keeping up with the rapidly changing market, and affecting the development prospects of enterprises. This requires an analysis of solvency. Debt solvency analysis and timely understanding of the debt situation, avoid too high or too low, to ensure the normal operation of the company. Le Video Network is a listed company with outstanding debt problems. From the strong force of listing, but the excessive debt in the later period reflects some problems. Through the analysis of debt repayment indicators, this paper analyses the possible problems in the video industry and puts forward some suggestions. I hope to make some suggestions for the future development of the company.
