YFT公司财务风险防范研究

中小企业在我国国民经济和社会发展中占有重要一席，是组成社会经济主体的重要部分。近年由于我国市场经济发展较为缓慢且出现下滑势头，中小企业也无法避免经济效益下降趋势，财务方面的风险成为中小企业面临的主要威胁之一。基于此，本文在借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上，以中小企业YFT公司的财务风险为研究对象展开企业财务的风险防范的研究。文章开始介绍了有关于中小型企业的财务风险理论概述，然后分析YFT公司财务的状况，识别其财务风险因素，针对其中存在问题提出对策和建议，以期为我国中小型企业财务风险的防范提供参考。

abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of China's national economy and society. In recent years, due to the slow development of China's market economy and the tendency of decline, small and medium-sized enterprises can not avoid the trend of decline in economic benefits, financial risk has become one of the main threats faced by small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on this, this paper, on the basis of the relevant research results at home and abroad, takes the financial risk of small and medium-sized enterprise YFT company as the research object to carry out the research on the risk prevention of enterprise finance. At the beginning, this paper introduces the financial risk theory of small and medium-sized enterprises, then analyzes the financial situation of YFT company, identifies its financial risk factors, and proposes countermeasures and Suggestions for the existing problems, in order to provide reference for the prevention of financial risk of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
