ABSTRACT

Inventory management is an important part of the internal control of the enterprise. Not only does it help prevent false records and fraud in the inventory business, it also helps companies strengthen cost control and implement low-cost strategies. Inventory is an essential part of clothing companies. It is a guarantee for timely delivery of goods and is an intermediate link that cannot be skipped during production and sales. However, inventory takes up capital and increases operational risk, so inventory management is critical to the successful operation of apparel companies. At present, there are some problems in the inventory management of most SMEs in China. therefore. Therefore, this article will start with the basic theory of inventory management and the problems in the inventory management of Senma apparel. Based on this, several countermeasures to solve this problem are proposed, so as to improve the management level of Senma apparel and enhance its core competitiveness.
