摘要

财务分析对指导公司的财务管理具有重要的参考价值，同时为公司的财务预算规划等能提供有效的判断依据。采用适当的技术手段，对公司财务资料进行综合分析，为公司的筹资与投资提供决策信息，同时为促进公司经营活动的盈利、偿债和增长能力等提供有效的帮助，这是财务分析的主要目标。基于公司的财务相关资料，使用相关的专业技术，对企业的经营管理进行分析，最后从财务角度做出结论，并针对所出现的问题提出合理的建议。本文以云南铜业有限责任公司为案例，运用财务分析的相关方法，对公司的盈利能力、偿债能力、运营能力和发展能力进行详细的分析，发现存在的问题，并针对各个方面的问题，提出了完善公司财务状况的相关建议。

Abstract

Financial analysis has important reference value to guide the financial management of the company, and it can provide effective judgment basis for the financial budget planning of the company. The main goal of financial analysis is to use appropriate technical means to conduct comprehensive analysis of the company's financial information, to provide decision-making information for the company's financing and investment, and to provide effective help for promoting the company's profitability, debt repayment and growth ability in business activities. Based on the company's financial information, the use of relevant professional technology to analyze the business management of the enterprise, and finally make a conclusion from the financial point of view, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the problems. Taking Yunnan Copper Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper uses the relevant methods of financial analysis to make a detailed analysis of the company's profitability, solvency, operation ability and development ability, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the company's financial situation in view of various problems.
