企业生产和经营的过程都涉及到流动资产管理，目的是为了实现日常经营资金的合理利用，用少量的资金获得最大化的利润，从而将企业价值最大化。企业流动资产管理水平高低，将直接影响到企业经营中获利的效果。但是从目前的情况看来，我国有很多企业在流动资产管理方面仍然存在不足，深深影响到企业在市场中的盈利水平。对此，本文以海底捞公司为例，从中探究企业流动资产管理的情况，首先对企业流动资产管理的相关概念论述，之后对海底捞流动资产管理的现状分析，从中了解海底捞公司投资、经营以及融资活动资金的流入与流出情况，具体分析海底捞公司流动资产管理人员状况，发现存在流动资产管理利用率低、应收款管理不当、存货管理方面不够完善、财务人员资金管理水平不高的问题，对此针对以上问题提出相应建议，希望能够有效改善海底捞公司流动资产管理水平，为其获得更多的营业收益。
