摘 要

近年来，中国建立财务共享服务中心的企业越来越多。财务共享这个概念在我国也是一个热门话题。本文主要叙述了财务共享发展的背景，研究方法及意义。其次介绍了财务共享服务的概念及其国内外的发展情况。再次介绍了海尔集团财务共享服务中心运行组织架构及海尔集团目前的概况及发展历程，并通过对建立共享服务中心建设前后不同时期相关数据指标的比较，分析了财务共享服务中心的建设对企业的影响。最后总结了海尔集团在建立财务共享服务中心后的优点和问题，并提出相关建议。

Abstract

In recent years, more and more enterprises have set up financial sharing service center in China. The concept of financial sharing is also a hot topic in China. This paper first introduces the background, research methods and significance of financial sharing. Secondly, it introduces the concept of financial sharing service and its development at home and abroad. Thirdly, this paper introduces the organization structure of Haier Group Financial sharing Service Center and the current situation and development process of Haier Group, and compares the relevant data indexes in different periods before and after the establishment of the shared Service Center. This paper analyzes the influence of the construction of financial sharing service center on enterprises. Finally, it summarizes Haier Group's establishment of financial sharing. Service center after the advantages and problems, and put forward relevant recommendations.
