摘要

固定资产是企业资产的重要组成部分，对于企业的经营发展有非常大的影响。当下国家归于制造业的管制越来越严格，对于制造业的生产要求也是越来越高，制造企业的竞争压力增大，需要优化企业的固定资产管理，提升企业的核心竞争力。本文主要是针对企业固定资产管理调查报告进行的研究，文中以云铝涌鑫铝业有限公司为例进行了具体的分析，调查了云铝涌鑫铝业有限公司固定资产管理的现状分析得出云铝涌鑫铝业固定资产管理存在盲目开发固定资产、项目施工过程不够合理、在建工程转固不及时、固定资产折旧计提不合理、固定资产处置不够合理的问题，主要是固定资产的风险管理较弱、固定资产信息化管理不完善、固定资产内部控制程序执行不力、绩效考核机制不健全、缺少有效的监督检查等原因造成的，为此提出了进一步优化风险管理系统、加快固定资产信息化建设、加强固定资产流程管理、建立固定资产内部控制考核机制、优化内部控制监督体系的建议。

Abstract

Fixed assets are an important part of enterprise assets, which have a great impact on the operation and development of enterprises. At present, the control of manufacturing industry is becoming stricter and stricter. The production requirement of manufacturing industry is also getting higher and higher. The pressure of competition in the last voyage of manufacturing enterprises is increasing. It is necessary to optimize the management of fixed assets and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper mainly studies the investigation report of fixed assets management of enterprises. Taking Yunnan Aluminum Yongxin Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. as an example, it makes a concrete analysis, investigates the current situation of fixed assets management of Yunnan Aluminum Yongxin Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., and concludes that there are blind development of fixed assets in fixed assets management of Yunnan Aluminum Yongxin Aluminum Industry, unreasonable project construction process, and unreasonable transformation of construction projects under construction. Timely, unreasonable depreciation calculation of fixed assets and unreasonable disposal of fixed assets are mainly caused by weak risk management of fixed assets, imperfect information management of fixed assets, inadequate execution of internal control procedures of fixed assets, imperfect performance appraisal mechanism and lack of effective supervision and inspection. Therefore, further optimization of risk management system is put forward. Suggestions on speeding up the information construction of fixed assets, strengthening the process management of fixed assets, establishing the assessment mechanism of internal control of fixed assets, and optimizing the internal control and supervision system.
