与西方跨国航运公司相比，我国在货运公司中处于较低的地位。由于世界经济和我国经济不断地发展，山东海运股份有限公司已成为我国利润较高的航运公司。然而，在全球金融危机之后，它遭受了巨大的损失，甚至面临风险。因此，本文借鉴国外风险管理理论和经验，从企业的实际情况出发，分析山东海运股份有限公司面临的风险和管理对策，加强对山东海运股份有限公司的认识。本文在财务风险管理相关理论基础之上，从筹资风险、投资风险、资金回收风险和外汇风险四个方面开分析现状，并阐述山东海运股份有限公司财务风险管理存在筹资渠道单一、投资能力有限、资金回收欠缺、利润分配不当等问题，并从筹资风险管理、投资风险管理、资金回收风险管理、外汇风险管理等方面来分析山东海运股份有限公司财务风险管理应采取的措施。

Abstract

Compared with the western multinational shipping companies, China is in a lower position in the shipping companies. Due to the continuous development of the world economy and China's economy, Shandong Shipping Co., Ltd. has become a shipping company with higher profits in China. However, after the global financial crisis, it suffered huge losses and even faced risks. Therefore, this article draws lessons from foreign risk management theories and experiences, starting from the actual situation of enterprises, analyzes the risks faced by Shandong shipping co., ltd and management countermeasures, and strengthens the understanding of Shandong shipping co., ltd. Based on the relevant theories of financial risk management, this paper analyzes the current situation from four aspects: financing risk, investment risk, capital recovery risk and foreign exchange risk. It also expounds the problems of Shandong Shipping Co., Ltd. in financial risk management, such as single financing channel, limited investment capacity, lack of capital recovery and improper profit distribution, and analyzes the measures to be taken in financial risk management of Shandong Shipping Co., Ltd. from the aspects of financing risk management, investment risk management, capital recovery risk management and foreign exchange risk management.
