财务决策支持系统研究

摘  要

在企业财务管理信息化发展过程中，有必要通过信息化将企业业务信息与财务信息相结合，以促进财务会计和管理会计功能的有效发挥。随着大数据，人工智能，互联网等技术的快速发展，实现了财务决策支持系统的诸多功能。数据仓库技术的成熟为企业决策支持系统提供了基础数据保障。在财务管理信息化的背景下，企业面临着诸多问题。如何利用信息技术提升企业竞争力以及管理者如何做出正确决策，是每个企业面临的巨大挑战和每个企业的发展机遇。

本文主要研究了A集团财务决策支持系统的需求分析，应用现状和应用分析，为其他企业应用类似系统提供参考。

Abstract

In the process of enterprise financial management informationization development, it is necessary to combine business information with financial information through informationization in order to promote the effective play of financial accounting and management accounting functions. With the rapid development of big data, artificial intelligence, Internet and other technologies, many functions of financial decision support system have been realized. The maturity of data warehouse technology provides basic data guarantee for enterprise decision support system. Under the background of informationization of financial management, enterprises are facing many problems. How to use information technology to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and how managers make correct decisions are great challenges and development opportunities for each enterprise.

This paper mainly studies the requirement analysis, application status and application analysis of Group A financial decision support system, which can provide reference for other enterprises to apply similar systems.
