在市场积极发展下，企业破产现象不可避免，而此时所产生的会计核算工作是与企业正常经营状态下的会计核算工作存在较大差距。P2P公司是互联网时代的独特产物，它借助各种网络平台，将社会上部分闲置资金集中，通过向企业或者个人提供贷款服务来发挥这部分资金的作用，为小微企业和中小投资者提供了新的融资与投资渠道。P2P公司破产清算中存在着会计核算工作欠规范、清算评估变现过程中存在着财务监督不到位、缺少对破产财产的相关管理制度破产信息的监控不到位等问题。

   本文对e租宝企业破产事件为例进行分析，找出P2P公司在进行破产清算时存在的工作漏洞，同时明确在此过程中企业管理者及其他相关人员应加强企业破产清算意识、优化清算过程、完善破产会计工作方式

Abstract

Under the positive development of the market, the bankruptcy of enterprises is inevitable, and there is a big gap between the accounting work produced at this time and that under the normal operation of enterprises. P2P company is a unique product of the Internet era. With the help of various network platforms, it concentrates Part of the idle funds in the society. By providing loan services to enterprises or individuals, it can play the role of this part of funds and provide new financing and investment channels for small and micro enterprises and small investors. There are some problems in the bankruptcy liquidation of P2P company, such as the lack of standardization of accounting, inadequate financial supervision in the liquidation evaluation and liquidation process, and inadequate monitoring of bankruptcy information in the relevant management system of bankruptcy property.

This paper takes the bankruptcy of e-Renbao Enterprise as an example to find out the work loopholes in the bankruptcy liquidation of P2P Company. At the same time, it is clear that in the process, enterprise managers and other relevant personnel should strengthen the consciousness of bankruptcy liquidation, optimize the liquidation process and improve the working methods of bankruptcy accounting.
