企业存货管理存在问题及措施研究

我国经济不断持续的发展，企业存货管理的作用越来越广泛，一个企业的存货管理是否健全，关乎着公司的最终利润。是企业管理中不可以忽略的一部分。因此，我们一定要注意存货的管理，要知道存货管理在资金流中的轻重，是推动我国经济发展进步的力量。以云南铜业为例，从云南铜业存货管理在公司中达到一定的目标所需要的条件、因素和措施。同时分析了现状和云南铜业的存货管理的问题，并结合该公司实际遇到的内部管理问题。阐述如何加强云南铜业的存货管理，提出合理的解决方案，以推动企业的快速发展。最后，阐述了云南铜业的存货管理未来发展的一些相关的认识和看法。

Abstract

With the continuous development of economy in our country, the role of enterprise inventory management is more and more extensive. Whether the inventory management of an enterprise is perfect or not is related to the final profit of the company. It is a part of enterprise management that can not be ignored. Therefore, we must pay attention to inventory management, and know the importance of inventory management in capital flow, which is the force to promote the economic development and progress of our country. Taking Yunnan copper industry as an example, the conditions, factors and measures needed to achieve certain objectives in Yunnan copper inventory management are taken as an example. At the same time, the present situation and the inventory management problems of Yunnan copper industry are analyzed, and the internal management problems encountered by the company are combined with the actual internal management problems encountered by the company.
