企业偿债能力分析——以云南城投置业股份有限公司为例

企业的财务状况和经营能力，可以通过企业的偿债能力予以窥探。通过偿债能力可以判断企业能否持续经营，这是一项关键指标。当前我国房地产行业发展比较繁荣，很多人都开始关注房地产行业所带来的利润，作为我国一项支柱产业，有效的解决房地产企业的偿债能力问题，对于我国经济结构具有一定的意义。本文采用案例分析的方法，选取了云南本土的一家有名的房地产上市企业——云南城投置业股份有限公司，通过结合云南城投置业股份有限公司的短期偿债能力和长期偿债能力中的各项指标，在相关理论知识的基础上结合房地产企业的经营特点，对房地产上市公司的偿债能力进行分析并指出存在的不足及建议。

Abstract

The financial situation and operation ability of an enterprise can be explored through its solvency. It is a key index to judge whether an enterprise can continue to operate by its solvency. At present, the development of China's real estate industry is relatively prosperous. Many people begin to pay attention to the profits brought by the real estate industry. As a pillar industry in China, it is of certain significance for China's economic structure to effectively solve the debt paying ability of real estate enterprises. In this paper, a famous real estate listed company in Yunnan Province is selected by case analysis. By combining the short-term debt paying ability and the long-term debt paying ability of Yunnan city investment and Construction Co., Ltd, and combining the operation characteristics of real estate enterprises on the basis of relevant theoretical knowledge, the real estate listed company is selected. The paper analyzes the solvency and points out the shortcomings and suggestions.
