共享经济的出现提供了对闲置资源稀缺性的价值再造，为经济增长和转型提供了高效的商业模式，成为供给侧改革的重要推手。共享单车是将交通和互联网两者结合到了一起，也就是说，让实际的物体和互联网结合在一起的一种应用的形式。对于人们的出行来说，也能够更加满足人们短途需求，一种新的商业模式使得它所拥有的更大的商业空间。据报道OFO自行车即将破产，公司的运营能力非常差。因此，本文根据相关理论，首先分析了共享经济的内涵和作用，阐述共享经济商业模式的运行机制和发展现状，然后从存货周转率、应收账款周转以及总资产周转等方面对OFO公司的运营能力进行了分析，然后针对OFO共享单车的应收账款、存货周转以及总资产周转对OFO单车运营存在的问题进行了阐释，并针对存在的问题提出了问题产生的原因，最后针对原因，从优化资产结构、加强存货管理、完善内部管理机制以及加强财务预算等方面提出了完善OFO共享单车运营现状的对策。

Chinese abstract

The emergence of sharing economy provides the value reconstruction of the scarcity of idle resources,provides an efficient business model for economic growth and transformation,and becomes an important driver of supply side reform.Bike sharing is a form of application that combines traffic and Internet together,that is to say,the actual object and Internet together.For people's travel,it can also meet people's short-distance needs.A new business model makes it have a larger business space.It is reported that ofo bicycle is going bankrupt and the company's operation ability is very poor.Therefore,according to relevant theories,this paper first analyzes the connotation and function of sharing economy,expounds the operation mechanism and development status of sharing economy business model,then analyzes the operation ability of ofo company from the aspects of inventory turnover rate,accounts receivable turnover and total assets turnover,and then analyzes the accounts receivable,inventory turnover and total assets turnover of ofo sharing bicycle.The problems of fo single car operation are explained,and the causes of the problems are put forward.Finally,the countermeasures to improve the current situation of ofo single car operation are put forward from the aspects of optimizing asset structure,strengthening inventory management,improving internal management mechanism and strengthening financial budget.
