随着世界经济的快速发展，企业业务所涉及的领域逐渐增加，业务变得复杂，所需要的财务管理模式也发生了变化，财务共享中心便由此产生。我国企业在应用财务共享中心的过程中因为各种因素会存在着一些问题,这些问题严重影响了财务共享中心为企业发挥更大的作用。本文先对国内外财务共享中心研究现状进行了对比,从中可以看到我国财务共享中心的发展还存在流程管理不完善、财务人员不适应岗位、信息系统缺乏维护等问题，接下来对这些问题进行分析并针对这些问题提出了优化流程管理、提高财务人员素质、完善信息系统等方法,目的在于从实际情况出发创造出更适合我国企业未来发展的财务共享中心。

abstract

With the rapid development of the world economy, the business scope involved in the enterprise gradually increases, the business becomes complex, the required financial management mode also changes, thus the financial sharing center is born. In the process of applying financial sharing center, Chinese enterprises will have some problems due to various factors, which seriously affect the financial sharing center to play a greater role for enterprises. This paper first compares domestic and foreign research situation of the financial Shared, we can see the development of our country's financial sharing center also incomplete process management, the financial personnel not fit for the job, such problems as lack of maintenance information system, then analyzes these problems and to solve these problems puts forward the optimization of process management, improve the quality of financial personnel, improve the methods of information system, aims to set out from the actual situation to create more suitable for our country enterprise for the future development of financial sharing center.
